Main works to start at Bloom Heights, Dubai
Bloom Properties appoints Becon Construction for project scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2019
Construction work is set to commence at Bloom Heights, a mixed-use project in Dubai’s Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), the developer said.
Bloom Properties has appointed Becon Construction to execute the project, which is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2019, it said in a statement.
The Bloom Heights development will comprise 686 residential units ranging from studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments.
“With the awarding of this contract to Becon Construction, Bloom Properties is taking firm steps along the realization of this ambitious project,” said Sameh Muhtadi, CEO of Bloom Holding.
“Bloom Heights will offer elegant and competitively priced housing with convenient access to a wide array of neighborhood amenities.”
