Developer Bloom Properties says 90% of its Faya residential project in Abu Dhabi has sold within one week of launch.

Faya, the fourth phase of the master-planned Bloom Gardens community, is set to consist of 132 townhomes across 28 clusters.

The project, close to Corniche Al Qurm and Khalifa Park, was launched at the Cityscape Abu Dhabi show held earlier this month.

It is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2017, with investors paying according to construction milestones, with 65% paid upon completion.

“The strong response and uptake for the fourth phase of Bloom Gardens is a clear indication of the continued investor confidence in the projects developed by Bloom Properties. It also reflects the positive investor sentiment in the strength of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market,” said Sameh Muhtadi, CEO of Bloom Holding. “The key factors that have contributed to the success of this project are its ideal location, its array of lifestyle amenities and the attractive payment plans.”
