$154.4m in contracts awarded for JIC

Four contractors awarded deals for construction, O & M and engineering services at Industrial City

Four Saudi-based contractors have won contracts worth a total of $154.4m from the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY) for construction work as well as operation and maintenance and engineering services in Jubail Industrial City.

The first contract went to Al-Khonaini World Company to build a number of family apartments in Jalmodh Quarter, comprising five four-story and 13 seven-story buildings with 11 electrical substations and pumping stations.

The second deal was awarded to Abdullah bin Salman Duhaim Trading & Contracting Company for the rehabilitation of public facilities located in the industrial zone, while the third contract was signed with Sadeem Agricultural Company to provide facilities management services.

Abdulrahman Al-Noaim Consulting Engineers, in cooperation with AK Consulting Engineers, won the fourth contract to provide a complete design and engineering services for the public facilities in the city’s residential area.
