Cluttons rolls out FM services in Sultanate of Oman
Facilities management services to include catering, cleaning, pest control, concierge and reprographics
UK-based property consultants Cluttons has introduced facilities management service in Oman, in addition to the firm’s traditional property management service.
The decision to launch the new service in the Sultanate was prompted by growing need in recent years for a dedicated facilities management service in the country, Cluttons said.
Facilities management includes services such as catering, cleaning, pest control, concierge, and reprographics among other services.
Cluttons, which currently manages a diverse portfolio with retail, mixed use, stand-alone offices, residential and sports clubs, said the new service would prove beneficial to clients of individual buildings, large real estate portfolios, and headquarters buildings, in the banking, finance, energy, real estate and government sectors.
