Lebanese developer launches gated community project in Beirut

Gated community project will consist of three towers in the heart of Beirut
Mena Capital, the Lebanese real estate developer, has announced the launch of the company’s first gated community project.
To be constructed in the heart of the Lebanese capital city, Beirut, Bella Casa will consist of three towers, with over 5,000m2 of landscaped areas and amenities in the Adlieh neighbourhood of Ashrafieh.
Investors will have the options of one-, two- or three-bedroom apartments ranging from 120m2 to 264m2 and two- to three-bedroom lofts and penthouses ranging from 184m2 to 389m2.
The developer is set to break ground at the project’s site this month and plans to deliver the project in the second half of 2015.
