Damac launches Akoya Oxygen units starting at $340k
First phase of The Beach at Navitas Hotel & Residences includes three-bed apartments sold on payment plans
Damac Properties has launched a new residential project, ‘The Beach at Navitas Hotel & Residences’, which is located within its Akoya Oxygen master development in Dubai.
The project is a collection of apartments spread over five towers that provide golf and beach-style living, the Dubai-listed developer said in a statement. Its first phase comprises the release of three-bedroom apartments sold on three-year payment plans, with prices starting at AED1.25 million ($340,000).
Damac added that the apartments are designed for a new generation of millennials, young couples and families, who are looking for a vacation home or permanent residence in Dubai that is focused on lifestyle and located in a secure community environment.
The resort-style residential and hotel complex will provide views over a golf course and pools and will be surrounded by artificial sandy beaches. Facilities such as restaurants and cafes, entertainment areas, gyms, spas and dedicated children’s play areas will also be located close by, the developer said. The residential units will also benefit from the hospitality services of the adjacent Damac Maison de Ville Navitas.

The Beach at Navitas Hotel & Residences is set within Damac’s 55-million-square-foot Akoya Oxygen master development, which includes an 18-hole championship golf course by Tiger Woods Design, retail, hospitality and entertainment facilities by Vista Lux and Dubai’s first tropical rainforest.
