Japan’s Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal is showing its decorative titanium facades at The Big 5 exhibition in Dubai, company representatives said.

The company recently opened an office in Jebel Ali, Dubai and is looking to work closely with architects in the region.

Atushi Morioki, GM of the company said: “The material is very durable and suppresses discolouration due to aging. We are also looking at working with oilfields in the Gulf region, and hence think that The Big 5 is ideal to attract this clientele.”

The company is one of about 3,000 exhibitors demonstrating construction products at the 2015 edition of The Big 5, which runs from November 23 to 26 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
