ETA Ascon wins Jumeirah Golf Estates MEP contract
Contractor has already commenced work on the project on February 1, 2014 and will finish by August 31, 2014
Jumeirah Golf Estates (JGE) has awarded a contract to ETA Ascon for the final completion of the development’s ‘Clubhouse’.
ETA Ascon, a leading contracting firm in the UAE, has been commissioned to implement Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) services and landscaping work at The Clubhouse.
The contractor has already commenced work on the project on February 1, 2014 and will finish by August 31, 2014.
The Clubhouse at JGE, in its current temporary form, includes a Pro shop for golfers, a restaurant, a sports lounge and banquet facility.
“As part of our commitment to offer a complete lifestyle destination to our residents and investors, we have awarded the contract for the final completion work of the much-awaited Clubhouse,” said Yousuf Kazim, general manager of JGE.
“The permanent structure will enhance the appeal of Jumeirah Golf Estates as well as provide more options for health and leisure amenities to residents and guests.”
The Clubhouse is expected to be a value addition to Jumeirah Golf Estates, a residential golf community conveniently located off the Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road (E311) in Dubai.
