Company managed by former Dubai Properties director, Shahab Lutfi
Dubai-based Real Estate investment, development and management company H&H Investment and Development, has been appointed to manage the 263m U-Bora Tower, designed by international architecture firm Aedas.
U-Bora will “inherit and manage the unique concept of business-oriented services” from H&H, which is run managed by CEO Shahab Lutfi, a former Director at Dubai Properties.
Established in 2007, H&H Investment and Development currently manages a portfolio of over $500 million dollars worth of cumulative assets that translates into over 3 million sq. ft. of leasable space, and has upcoming projects in Al Wasl and Jumeirah.
“Our company ethos is ‘Development is Creation’, and this extends across all our services, from the full-scale development of projects to their management and design,” commented Shahab Lutfi, CEO of H&H Investment and Development.
“U-Bora Tower provides a level of services only seen in the Burj Khalifa or five-star hotels, which allow multinational and local businesses the luxury of operating in an environment where they know that the details are taken care of in a creative and capable manner,” he added.
Located in the Business Bay area of Dubai, overlooking the Burj Khalifa, U-Bora is currently holds the record for having the second highest number of lifts in a single tower in the UAE.
The tower offers large floor plates, up to 17,200 sq ft, to accommodate large corporations and multinational companies, but also caters to small and medium companies that are looking for offices from 800 sq ft to 2000 sq ft.
“U-Bora is the first of many announcements we have planned for this year. Our teams across all four of our divisions: H&H Property Management and Leasing, H&H Property Investment and Development, H&H Facilities Management and H&H Interior Design have been hard at work working on exciting retail, commercial and residential projects in key areas across Dubai, and we are planning to reveal many of them in the coming months,” Lutfi added.
