OCTA Properties launches ‘House of Octa’
OCTA Properties will oversee 14 new branded projects in Dubai by March 2025, with a total value over US $2.45bn by June 2025
OCTA Properties has launched its new Branded Interior Design and BrandedMarComs vertical under the ‘House of Octa’ banner. This announcement follows their collaboration with Mouawad. The firm also unveiled its new headquarters located in Dubai Hills.
“As OCTA Properties continues to grow and evolve, our new 11,000sqft office will become an innovation and collaboration hub, propelling our mission to deliver world-class real estate projects and build strategic partnerships,” said Fawaz Sous, CEO of OCTA Properties.
The company said it has 4,600 units in its pipeline, more than 100 employees, and works with over 1,600 brokerage firms. It said the launch of House of Octa is designed to enhance their service offerings and reinforce their commitment to delivering exceptional branded residences and innovative solutions in the luxury real estate sector.
OCTA Properties has collaborated with Missoni, Hilton, Elie Saab, W, and Franck Muller in the region, offering developer management services with advanced leading solutions for real estate development, said a statement from the firm.
“This launch is intended to meet the soaring demand for branded residences that Dubai has witnessed in the past few years. Both verticals reflect OCTA Properties’ ambition to diversify its offerings and deliver cutting-edge design solutions forcommercial and residential spaces,” Sous added.
