Dutco Construction will deliver One River Point

This appointment is designed to highlight the efficiency and quality ensured by having both the developer and contractor under one umbrella and the project is expected to be completed by Q2 2027

Developer Ellington Properties has announced the appointment of Dutco Construction as the lead contractor for its One River Point project, which is billed as a premier waterfront residential development in the heart of Business Bay.

As part of the in-house synergy between Dutco Ellington and Dutco Construction, the appointment is designed to highlight the efficiency and quality ensured by having both the developer and contractor under one umbrella. The project is expected to be completed by Q2 2027.
