ZāZEN Properties announces completion of first project in Dubai
ZāZEN One in JVT is Trakhees LEED green building certified
ZāZEN Properties, the Dubai-based real estate developer, has announced the completion of its first project – ZāZEN One, in the heart of the JVT community in Dubai.
In a statement, the developer said that the project will offer mid-market eco-conscious buyers a sustainable and contemporary lifestyle, with all that a community has to offer, despite being within a building.
Consisting of 86 modern and spacious residences, , ZāZEN One offers one, two and three-bedroom apartments, as well as four exclusive duplexes, ranging from 881sqft to 2,803sqft. The property also includes the option of a two-bedroom apartment with a maid’s room, while all three-bedroom apartments come with the same.

As per the latest RERA certification, ZāZEN One has achieved completion in accordance with Trakhees Building Regulations & Design Guidelines. The building provides common facilities such as a 350m jogging track, a temperature-controlled adult and kids pool, a residents lounge and study, a gymnasium, an outdoor kids play area, a community garden, and a rooftop deck and barbecue area.
In addition, the development is Trakhees LEED green building certified, reducing 440 metric tonnes of CO2 emissions annually. It also incorporates solar panels, helping to generate approximately 25% of the building’s annual electricity requirement. These savings are passed on directly to homeowners in the form of reduced service charges for common areas.
Located directly off the main Al Khail road highway, residents will have easy access to the city’s main attractions as well as schools, parks, playgrounds and a new community mall within the JVT community.
The handover of units at ZāZEN One began on 31st January 2022, Dhar said.
He added that work has already started on the design development of the developer’s next project in Al Furjan with the aim of creating another sustainable, community-centric development.
