KSA industry veteran Majdi Al-Madani joins HKA as Partner
Based in Saudi Arabia Al-Madani will play “a critical role in the further development and growth” of the firm’s FACD service
Multi-disciplinary expert and specialist services firm HKA has hired well-known Saudi-based Forensic Expert Majdi Al-Madani as Partner as it continues to expand its Forensic Accounting and Commercial Damages (FACD) practice worldwide.
It is the second major appointment announcement in as many days by the risk mitigation and dispute resolution experts.
The firm said in a statement that following his recruitment, Al-Madani will play a critical role in the further development and growth of the firm’s FACD service offering in the Middle East across a wide variety of industries, jurisdictions and forums.

Al-Madani previously work for over a decade at four major banks in Saudi Arabia, including a role as a member of one their audit and compliance teams between 2007 to 2012.
During that period, he undertook several investigations and had specific responsibility for liaising with the police and governmental authorities.
Al-Madani also worked as a director for six years in the Forensic and Integrity practice at a big four practice in Saudi Arabia, in which he led and participated in several forensic and dispute assignments.
He has also acted as Forensic Expert on several arbitrations relating to commercial damages and fraudulent financial reporting, with a combined value of US$50 million and held the position of Forensic Country Leader at a big four practice in Saudi Arabia.
More recently Al-Madani held the position of Forensic Country Leader at another big four practice located in the Kingdom.
“Majdi’s legal background allows him to understand legal regulations, procedures and the judicial systems both in Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region. This knowledge, coupled with his understanding of Sharia Law, has enhanced his communication with legal representatives, Judges, and court representatives,” added HKA.
