Azizi Developments says 245-unit residential unit in Dubai to be completed by Q2, 2021
52% of work has been completed on Berton, in the Al Furjan community of Dubai
Azizi Developments, the Dubai-based property developer, has announced that 52% of work has been completed on its 245-unit residential development, Berton, in the Al Furjan community of Dubai.
In a statement updating the project’s progress, the developer said that Berton’s structure has been fully completed, while the blockwork and internal plastering stand at 98% and 90% completion rate respectively.
Furthermore, nearly 15% of the second mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) work has been finished, while façade works and titling both have reached 25 and 30% completion respectively, it added.
Chief Development Officer Mohamed Ragheb Hussein said: “With an exceptional contractor and a multitude of other diligent parties that have come together to build these world-class residences within a set time frame and at outstanding quality standards, Berton is quickly coming to life.

We now look forward to handing over the keys to hundreds of happy families who will call this their home, later this year.”
Berton features 190 studio units, 41 one- and 14 two-bedroom apartments as well 16 luxurious penthouses, all of which will be ready by Q2.
Situated near Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Sheikh Zayed Road, and the new Expo 2020 Route metro line, the project is well-connected to the entirety of Dubai’s major points of interest, said the developer.
With its ease of access to the vibrant Expo 2020 site as well as the Al Maktoum International Airport, the development is at the very forefront of global interconnections, it concluded.
