$27.2mn Samana Hills completes 65% of construction work, developer says
Project met 100% completion of its superstructure 70 days ago, despite pandemic hardships
Samana Developers, the Dubai-based real estate developer, has announced that 65 percent of the construction work has been completed on its $27.2 million residential project Samana Hills, with the project ahead of schedule.
A G+5 apartment complex located near Dubai Miracle Gardens in Arjan Dubailand District, the Samana Hills projects spans an area of 100,000sqft and will house 205 apartments, including studios, one-and two-bedroom apartments, the UAE developer says in a statement.
The project met 100% completion of its superstructure 70 days ago, despite the pandemic hardships, it adds.
According to Samana, the resort-themed residential project will house studio apartments starting from $108,600 and one bedroom units from $163,081 and two-bedroom apartments from $231,146.
A range of payment options make the project attractive to both end-users and investors alike, it states.
The apartment sizes in Samana Hills range from 360 to over 1,375 sqft. The project features an infinity pool, sauna, steam, gymnasium, children’s play area, shaded parking and smart-home technology. Samana Hills has been designed to the highest standards of quality yet is an affordable property asset, the developer says.
Samana Developers has set a new benchmark of early project completion and handover preponement in spite of challenges, which is unprecedented in Dubai’s real estate market when there are project delays and developers facing challenges, said its top official.
