Azizi Developments announces that its Aura project is 95% complete
Jebel Ali based project is in its final stages of construction and will be handed over to customers within a few months
Azizi Developments, the UAE-based private developer, has announced that its residential and commercial complex, Aura, located in Jebel Ali, has achieved the 95% construction completion milestone, despite the current pandemic related disruptions that the real estate market is facing.
Aura is a 479-unit and B+G+17-storey development, which comprises 349 studios, 87 one-bedroom, and 43 two-bedroom apartments, and is scheduled for completion this year. The current status of construction underscores Azizi Development’s commitment to timely and quality project delivery, a statement said.
Mohamed Ragheb, Executive Director – Engineering Division at Azizi Developments, said: “We are glad to announce that despite the current challenges, the construction of all of our projects at Azizi are seeing solid, uninterrupted progress. This of course also applies to Aura – a very unique and important project of ours. We’ve come a long way and are now in the final stages, with handovers to our valued customers to take place within a few months at most.”
The structure of Aura, along with the blockwork and internal plastering, are all 100% complete, while the mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) fix is now at 99%. The façade work stands at 99%, with elevator works and the overall finishes having reached 99%. External works and the swimming pool are at 58% and 85% respectively, he added.
Ragheb said that as a strategic lifestyle developer focused on the well-being of its residents, Azizi Developments is known for selecting lands that are in the most up-and-coming, well-connected areas of Dubai, and considering important factors such as proximity to public transportation, major highways, schools, medical facilities, city centres and shopping areas.
“Aura is a prime example of this, with metro line access being right in front of its door. The high demand for the reasonably marketed building is reflected in its stable prices, which are above those of Dubai Marina properties. Azizi Developments is also placing a strong emphasis on after-sales services, with the provision of thoughtful support keeping its properties in excellent shape even after delivery,” he highlighted.
Aura features a comprehensive range of amenities, including two swimming pools, a fully equipped gym, a health club with sauna, open spaces and recreational areas, concierge service, covered parking and a podium level with over 9,000 square feet of retail space.
The developer has also installed the latest state-of-the-art SAF panels to optimise the acoustic insulation between the apartments. Homes in the tower are fitted out with premium appliances and bathroom fittings, the statement said.
Aura is a freehold residential development in the heart of JAFZA, the UAE’s flagship integrated business hub, the largest matured free zone area in the world and biggest port in the Middle East region. With the UAE Exchange Metro Station and Sheikh Zayed Road right at its doorstep.
