Abdul Latif Jameel Land breaks ground on residential projects in Saudi
Project is the developer’s second residential development in North Jeddah
Developer Abdul Latif Jameel Land (ALJL) has broken ground on its Dari Q residential project in Jeddah. The project is said to feature a variety of apartments and amenities and is estimated to be complete in 18 months.
The project features 158 two- to four-bedroom apartments spread across two buildings. The developer says that customer-centricity and community living are key pillars of its development philosophy, and are at the heart of the project’s design.
ALJL says the residential development project was launched under the same integrated lifestyle and community-focused approach of its J-ONE development, which is also located in the Al Salama District of North Jeddah.
“We continue our pioneering approach to residential development with the launch of Dari Q. Building on the success of community-focused living in Jeddah’s J-One and Gallery N, we are proud to begin development of this third incredible residential property in Saudi Arabia,” said chairman and CEO Engineer Mohammed Abdul Latif Jameel.
According to a statement, the community-focused complex will house retail outlets, rooftop gardens, a rooftop swimming pool, gymnasium, outdoor seating area, multipurpose yard, a games room, a ballroom with seating for up to 90 guests, and a guest lounge. The start of construction also marks the launch of individual properties on a pre-sales basis (off-plan sales), Jameel stated.
