Arada hands over first homes at Nasma Residences development
Project was the developer’s first and was launched in March 2017
Arada has begun handing over homes at its Nasma Residences development. The Sharjah-based developer says it began the handover process of phase one in April, with the first keys being handed over on 28 May. Phase one of the development includes 107 villas and townhouses.
According to a statement, the first homeowners were presented with their keys and a welcome pack by HE Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, chairman of Arada, during a short ceremony that took place on the front door of their new homes.
“Today marks a milestone in the history of Arada. Since the founding of the company in 2016, some 3,500 buyers have put their faith in Arada by purchasing their future homes with us. It therefore gives us immense pleasure to be able to repay that trust by handing over our first units. These owners are today moving into a community that benefits from an exceptional location, incredible facilities and modern design,” said Sheikh Sultan.
Arada also announced that the construction contracts for phases four and five of Nasma Residences have been awarded. Intermass Engineering and Contracting was appointed to build 302 units in phase four, while Mohammed Abdulmohsin Al-Kharafi and Sons Company will build the 178 units in phase five. The entire community will be completed by the end of June 2020, the developer said.
Sheikh Sultan added, “We are now focusing on selling the last remaining units in Nasma Residences, as well as making sure that every home is delivered by the end of June next year.”
Construction at Nasma Residences began in December 2017, and the entire community is scheduled for completion by the end of the second quarter of 2020.
