Al Ghurair Properties says key Deira residential projects to be ready by May 2019
Residential projects are part of $1.36bn project portfolio spread across Dubai
Al Ghurair Properties, the UAE-based developer, has announced that steady progress is being made on three of its key residential projects – Muteena 226, 658 and Muraqabbat 131 – coming up in Dubai’s Deira neighbourhood.
In a statement, the company said that the projects are on track to be completed by the end of May 2019, with internal finishing and MEP works in full swing. The real estate development arm of Al Ghurair Investment added that the announcement was in line with its statement commitment to the quality and timely completion of its projects.
The upcoming three projects are part of Al Ghurair Properties $1.36bn project portfolio spread across the emirate. This includes a total of 46 building projects that are underway across key locations such as Al Barsha, Deira, Bur Dubai, Al Warqa and Al Qusais.
As part of this plan, a total of 5,260 residential units are being developed along with 297,422sqft of retail units by Q4 2020.

The three new buildings will hold 462 residential units and will be coupled with popular retail opportunities in close proximity. Residents will have easy access to Salahuddin metro station and other public transport systems, along with connectivity to Dubai’s main landmarks and tourism spots.

It is vital for us at Al Ghurair Properties that we work closely with our contractors to deliver these projects on time, supporting the sustained demand as well as the long-term economic and social development of Dubai,” he stated.
In the third and fourth quarter of 2018, Al Ghurair Properties delivered five new residential projects – in Deira and Bur Dubai, which offered 486 residential units. These included 144 studio apartments, 203 one-, 103 two- and 36 three- apartments, he added.
