IHCC wins Saudi German Hospital expansion contract
Saudi German Hospitals is a major healthcare provider that owns and operates hospitals in Saudi Arabia
The International Hospital Construction Company (IHCC) has been appointed for the construction of a hospital and staff housing units in Saudi Arabia.
As per the terms of the deal, the IHCC will construct a Saudi German Hospital and staff housing units in the Makkah and Dammam regions of the Kingdom. It will also design and set up an outpatient tower and will expand inpatient beds at a facility in Riyadh, said Saudi German Hospital in a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
The full scope of the contract is expected to be completed within the next three years.
The IHCC is a turnkey solution provider that specialises in healthcare, education, and mixed-use projects. The company previously delivered the 217-bed Saudi German Hospital Jeddah, a 300-bed hospital for the Middle East Healthcare Company as well as the Batterjee Medical College and the mixed-use Sultan Batterjee Park in Jeddah.
