BinGhatti says UAE-China talks will boost FDI in UAE
New partnerships will encourage Chinese investors to invest in the UAE real estate market, especially in Dubai
Muhammad BinGhatti, CEO and Head of Architecture at Binghatti Holding believes talks held between the UAE and China during the visit of President Xi Jinping will lead to greater Chinese investment in the property market in the Gulf country.
During President Jinping visit to the country, the UAE and China have set out to enhance cooperation in all fields to higher levels and forge overall strategic partnerships. BinGhatti says these partnerships will contribute to intensifying and strengthening business and investment cooperation between the two countries and boosting their joint development and prosperity, “as they are consistent with the common interests of both countries.”
“The successful and historic visit of Chinese President Xi Jinping to the UAE allowed the two friendly countries to establish new partnerships between their institutions operating in the real estate sector. These new partnerships will encourage Chinese investors to invest in the UAE’s real estate market, especially in Dubai, and consequently contribute to the increase of demand in the Emirate,” said BinGhatti. “The development of strategic partnerships with China and the advancement of economic cooperation and trade between the two countries embodies the keenness of the UAE’s leadership to ensure the continuous development of various economic sectors, including the real estate one.”
