ALSUWEIDI wins contract to oversee $330mn projects in Al Ain
The projects are due to be ready in the first quarter of 2020
ALSUWEIDI Engineering Consultants has revealed that it was recently awarded the Supervision Consultancy Services for two residential developments in Al Ain region.
According to the firm, the projects cover the provision of 510 modern villas for a construction cost of over $330 million and are being developed by Musanada for Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA).
The construction of modern Emirati neighborhoods in Al Saad an Suweihan will include various public facilities such as mosques, retail buildings, community centres and parks, said the company.
The projects are due to be ready in the first quarter of 2020 with the scope works including the construction of complete roads and utility networks.
ALSUWEIDI described the contract awards as a “new challenge for our Construction Supervision Team and a new opportunity to contribute our knowledge and expertise in the continuous journey of the development of the UAE.”
