MAG LD announces $82million towers in Dubai; reveals partners
Al Gurg Consultants and Engineer Adnan Saffarini Office involved on MAG 612 and MAG 614 projects respectively
MAG Group’s development outfit MAG Lifestyle Development (MAG LD) has revealed plans to launch two new projects in Jumeirah Village Circle.
The $82 million MAG 612 and MAG 614 developments will represent a significant addition to MAG LD’s existing portfolio and will see the company entering this strategic area of Dubai for the first time, the company said at the reveal.
Talal Moafaq Al Gaddah, CEO of MAG LD, said his company is set on maximising the potential of strategic locations across Dubai for the benefit of its customers: “offering them higher returns on investment, excellent connectivity, a convenient and comfortable lifestyle, and the potential for property price growth. Jumeirah Village Circle ticks all of these boxes as it is an established, landscaped community in the heart of Dubai with direct access to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road Hessa Street and Al Khail Road.”
Al Gurg Consultants will add its services to the 23,300sqm MAG 612, a 20-floor residential tower that will feature 144 units with 100 one-bedroom and 44 two-bedroom apartments, in addition to 182 parking spaces for “maximum convenience”. It also includes a swimming pool and health club.
MAG 614 will be a 20-floor residential tower comprising 223 units including 80 studio units, 101 one-bedroom and 42 two-bedroom apartments, in addition to 261 parking spaces. The 26,000sqm project also features a swimming pool and health club. The consultant appointed for MAG 614 is Engineer Adnan Saffarini Office.
“Based on our in-depth, customer-centric research, we know that Jumeirah Village Circle is a community to watch and we are confident that we will be adding significant value to the area with MAG 614 and MAG 612,” remarked Talal Al Gaddah. “These projects will be the latest milestones in our ongoing mission to provide customers with investment and home buying opportunities that exceed their expectations.”
