Lootah hands over 100-unit Lootah Residence II on time
The developer says it completed the remaining 40% of construction work on the building
Lootah Real Estate Development has announced the on-time completion and handover of its residential project in International City Phase 3. Lootah Residence II was acquired by the developer last year in line with its goals of growing its residential leasing portfolio.
The developer says it completed the remaining 40% of construction work on the building, which included enhancement of the façade and other facilities, prior to handing it over for leasing.
The real-estate developer held a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the milestone, which was attended by top management, as well as the architects and consultants behind this project. Other stakeholders were also present.

The property features 100 apartments including 38 studios, 48 one bedroom and 14 two-bedroom units. In terms of facilities, the building offers a gym as well as covered parking spaces for tenants.
