Speaking on behalf of client Chun Wo Development Holdings Ltd, director of property investment Anthony Poon, commented: “We have done quite a few large-scale core infrastructure works and construction projects for the Hong Kong Government. We have a footprint in 11 major cities in five countries.
“The Reem Diamond is our crowning glory in our quest to bring our unique brand of construction and property development to Abu Dhabi,” Poon added.
The 10 storey project features 48 residential units and is scheduled for completion in mid 2013. The Island is one of the emirate’s first free zones where foreign nationalities can purchase property as leasehold.
