MAG appoints Dutch Foundation as enabling works contractor for MAG 318 tower
Luxury tower features studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments with private balconies
MAG Lifestyle Development has issued a statement announcing Dutch Foundation as the enabling works contractor for its $150m MAG 318 tower. The mixed-use luxury residential tower will feature 439 units and is being built in Business Bay, Dubai.
The developer says that Dutch Foundation has received its shoring permit and expects mobilisation to begin in the near term. The project is said to be on track for completion by the fourth quarter of 2019.

The development is located 250m away from the new Dubai mall extension and 580m from the Dubai Fountain. The tower includes studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments and boasts a swimming pool, outdoor leisure facilities, a children’s area, a social activities centre, coffee shop and 18,000sqft of retail space.
