Aldar launches phase I of labourers accommodation project in Al Ain

Operative Village designed to accomodate 5,690 people, and will be upgradeable to 10,500 residents
Abu Dhabi’s Aldar Properties has launched the first phase of a labourers’ accommodation project in the oasis town of al Ain.
Located around 25km from downtown al Ain on al Ain-Abu Dhabi Truck Road, the Operative Village has been designed to accommodate 5,690 people, upgradable to 10,500 residents.
It offers a host of facilities including TV rooms, gym, basketball and volleyball courts, as well as a dedicated manager for social and sporting events.
It also features dining halls, laundries, a medical facility and pharmacy, mosque, supermarket, money exchange and an internet café.
