Nshama has awarded the construction contract for its Zahra and Hayat Townhouse communities in its Town Square development to Dubai-based Beaver Gulf Group.
The Zahra and Hayat Townhouses were launched following high investor demand, driven by the “affordable price-points” of the community, the developer said.
“Town Square is now taking concrete shape with work on the project ongoing ahead of schedule. The contract with Beaver Gulf for the construction of the Zahra and Hayat Townhouses is another milestone highlighting our commitment to timely delivery,” said Fred Durie, Nshama CEO.
The residential communities are finding favour among residents seeking a shift from renting to owning homes, Durie added.
Anchored by a central square, the Town Square project features amenities including the Vida Town Square Dubai Hotel, a Reel Cinemas cineplex and open-air cinema, retail and fitness facilities, and playgrounds, among others.

Nshama’s Town Square is located in close proximity to the Arabian Ranches Golf Course, Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club and Al Maktoum International Airport. The development will feature over 3,000 townhouses and 18,000 apartments as well as retail, hospitality and commercial space.
