First Dubai South hotel apartments ready soon, says Damac
Dubai-listed developer says construction work on NAIA Tenora project will complete in about six months
A Damac Properties development in Dubai South is set to complete within six months, marking the first luxury serviced hotel apartments to be delivered at the emirate’s flagship megaproject, the company says.
The NAIA Tenora development is a 10-storey, 270-unit tower in the heart of Dubai South, and is expected to service professionals working to build the Expo 2020 site, Damac said.
It will be part of the planned 145 sq km city, recently rebranded as Dubai South, being built around the new Al Maktoum International Airport.
“Dubai South is the real pearl in the expansion plans for Dubai and NAIA Tenora will sit right at the heart of this exciting project,” said Niall McLoughlin, Senior Vice President at Damac Properties. “This serviced living concept will provide everything you would expect from a five star hotel, with access and convenience alongside luxury living.”
The development will include restaurants and a gym, and investors will be able to add units to a rental pool, Damac said.
The Dubai Financial Market-listed firm also plans a second serviced living project in Dubai South, NAIA Celestia, which it says will be ready in 2017.
