Bloom Properties has announced the commencement of construction of its Stella Maris project in the Dubai Marina.
NSCC International has been awarded the enabling works contract for the G+52 storey residential development, which consists of foundation work and six basement levels.
Bloom also announced the appointment of Asteco Property Management as the exclusive sales agent for Stella Maris.
“By commencing the construction work of Stella Maris as we promised during its announcement last April at Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2015, Bloom Holding has once again demonstrated its commitment to meeting the expectations of all our investors and delivering our projects on schedule,” said Sameh Muhtadi, CEO of Bloom Holding.
Stella Maris is Bloom’s flagship project in Dubai. The development will feature 313 luxury residences ranging from one to three bedroom, as well as four bedroom duplex apartments, townhouses and penthouses that will have terraces and private swimming pools.
Amenities also include a multi-purpose room, a lounge area, a snooker room, a playroom for children, a branded world class spa, a gymnasium and a private theater, while outdoor amenities include a garden, swimming pools, and play areas.
Its location will provide quick access to Sheikh Zayed Road and is walking distance from the metro, tram as well as several other facilities in the Dubai Marina area.
