Al Habtoor City project showcased at Cityscape Global in Dubai

The UAE’s Al Habtoor Group marked its debut at this year’s Cityscape Global, showcasing its landmark new Dubai project at the three-day event.

The Al Habtoor City, located close to Business Bay and Downtown Dubai, comprises of three luxury residential towers and three 5-star Starwood branded hotels, namely the St. Regis Dubai, W Dubai and Westin Dubai.

It will also be home to a permanent, water-themed theatrical production by Dragone, a cultural creation company founded by artistic director Franco Dragone.

Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor, chairman of the conglomerate, noted that the group had received a positive response for its Residence Collection at the Al Habtoor City. That project consists of 1,460 apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms in addition to loft-style units and penthouses.

“Al Habtoor City is setting a new standard of luxury in Dubai, and potential homebuyers were showing great interest in the project,” Al Habtoor said.

“The market appetite for multi-use development is on the rise, and this was apparent at Cityscape. We will be making a decision soon on the sale of the residential apartments.”

Residents at the development will have access to amenities such as a fitness centre, the UAE’s largest pool deck, cafes and boutiques, a tennis academy and a marina on the Dubai Water Canal.

The Al Habtoor City will be directly connected to the Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) via a new flyover bridge scheduled for construction, Al Habtoor Group announced in an earlier statement.
