Abu Dhabi’s Tourism Development & Investment Company (TDIC) has begun handing over the residences comprising phase three of the Saadiyat Beach Villas complex to homeowners, the master developer announced.
The handover of the villas has been taking place in phases, and the 77 villas of phase three are expected to be handed over in full by the end of next month. Construction work on the project began following its launch in April 2013, said the TDIC, the developer behind projects like the Louvre Abu Dhabi.
The Saadiyat Beach Villas are four and five-bedroom Mediterranean-styled villas, with a built-up area of 449sqm and 542sqm for standard four-bedroom and five-bedroom villas respectively.
Residents have access to facilities like landscaped parks, play areas for children, swimming pools and terraces, gyms, and basketball and squash courts, as well as retail, dining and hospitality offerings in the Saadiyat Beach District.
“We are pleased to welcome residents to their new homes within the Saadiyat Beach Villas community. The fact that this is TDIC’s third addition to the Saadiyat Beach Villas shows how desirable the residential communities on Saadiyat are today,” said Sufian Hasan Al Marzooqi, the Abu Dhabi developer’s new CEO, appointed earlier this month.
