Dubai’s Damac launches $477k ‘hotel villas’ at Akoya Oxygen

Dubai’s Damac Properties has launched a ‘hotel villa’ concept within its Akoya Oxygen community in Dubailand.

The Nova Hotel Villas are available at a starting price of AED 1,753,700 ($477,463) for a three-bedroom home, Damac said. The fully furnished villas range from three- to six-bedroom units, with optional hotel services available for residents.

In line with the sustainability element of the Akoya Oxygen project, the hotel villas will feature energy-efficient materials, lighting and controls as well as low-emission paint and solar water-heating systems.

They will also be part of the Damac Maison Hotels & Resorts rental-pool scheme, which allows owners to generate returns on their property while they are away.

“Nova Hotel Villas will be the best option for a second home in Dubai,” said Niall McLoughlin, senior vice president at Damac.

“Owners will be able to enjoy peace of mind that their home is cared for 24×7 and they can sit back and enjoy the benefits of living in one of Dubai’s most sought-after addresses.”
