Property developer Aldar says 90% of the units at the Burj Mohammed Bin Rashid, Abu Dhabi’s tallest tower, have been leased.
The tower, 382 metres tall, was launched in November and is now home to 852 residents, Aldar said in a statement.
The remaining units include three and four bedroom apartments, and the penthouse residences in the tower.
The building, towering above the WTC Mall, is named after Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
