Dubai’s ruler on Wednesday gave his backing to four major property projects including one with a “year-round snow fountain”.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum inaugurated the Creek Heights Residences, which was developed by the Wasl Asset Management Group. The property features two towers housing luxury furnished apartments and a five-star Hyatt Regency Hotel, which was toured by Sheikh Mohammed, according to state news agency WAM.

The Dubai ruler also launched three other developments to be built by the same developer.
These include Zabeel Park 1, which will comprise hotels, residential and office buildings, cafes and restaurants, recreational facilities and shops. Notably, the development will also feature the “first year-round snow fountain”, according to WAM.
Sheikh Mohammad also viewed a model of the Al Wasl Tower, a planned development on Sheikh Zayed Road. That will feature “the world’s tallest ceramic façade”, vertical gardens and the region’s first “light museum”, WAM said.
The third new project viewed by Sheikh Mohammad was Dubai Gate, which is planned for development near the Jebel Ali industrial area.
