Developer Emaar has launched the Acacia at Park Heights development in Dubai, with units available to buy from Saturday.
The development will be within the Dubai Hills Estate, which marks the first phase of Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR City), and includes 479 one, two and three-bedroom apartments.
It will be developed as part of a joint venture between Emaar and Meraas Holding, and include a championship golf course and tennis academy.
It will be a 10-minute drive from Downtown Dubai and have access to the “Etihad Rail and the upcoming Dubai Metro Purple and Pink lines which will border the development,” Emaar said.
A sales launch will be held at 10am local time on February 28th in four cities: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Karachi and London.
It will be held in Dubai at Emaar Pavilion on Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard in Downtown Dubai, and in Abu Dhabi at the Emaar Sales Centre, Al Nahda Tower at 10am.
Launches in Pakistan will take place at the Pearl Continental Hotel, Karachi, and in London at Stand D50, Dubai Property Show, Olympia West.
