Causeway’s CATO Cost and Programme Management software suite has been selected to support the consultancy and quantity surveying processes of Currie & Brown, a construction consultancy with operations in North and Central America, Europe, the Middle East, India and the Far East.
The consultancy has agreed an enterprise agreement with Causeway to initially implement the pre-construction modules from the CATO suite, which will handle feasibility estimates, CAD and BIM quantity measurement take-off and cost planning on behalf of their clients.
“We have been reviewing the market to look for a software solution that would help to streamline our operational processes and help increase productivity while also supporting our strategy with Building Information Modelling.
“Having considered a number of options and through a series of different trials, it was clear that Causeway’s CATO suite provided the functionality and integration between processes that would support our business globally and also add value for our clients,” said Ian Manser, Currie & Brown’s Middle East chief operating officer in a statement.
“The use of Causeway will also enable Currie & Brown to create a common database of vital information that will benefit its growing client base and we are delighted that they have chosen us to be their partner of choice going forwards to bring new innovation to their team of consultants throughout the world,” stated Paul Madeira EVP Global Business Development from Causeway.
