Damac Properties has opened its second project in the Burj district of Dubai, a 211 deluxe hotel suites tower, the developer announced.

The Canal Views tower will be managed and serviced by Damac’s hospitality division Damac Maison, the company said in a statement.

“We look forward to welcoming families and business visitors from all over the world, to enjoy the luxury service standards in a prime location with great views, perfectly positioned to explore everything Dubai has to offer,” said Niall McLoughlin, Senior Vice President, Damac Properties.

Damac Properties plans to offer more than 11,000 serviced hotel apartments by the end of 2018, operating under its two hospitality brands Damac Maison and NAIA by Damac, the firm said.

The Dubai-based developer now has almost a thousand rooms open and operational with the opening of the Canal Views project, according to the statement.
