Abu Dhabi developer Aldar Properties has announced that The Gate and Arc Towers on Al Reem Island have been fully leased a year ahead of schedule.
Located in the Shams Abu Dhabi district, The Gate Towers are a mixed-use development comprising of four towers and The Arc, with 3,533 residential units.
“Reaching full occupancy a year ahead of schedule is a testament to the quality of The Gate and Arc Towers development and Aldar’s ability to meet the demands of the market for quality residential property,” said Mohammed Al Mubarak, CEO at Aldar Properties.
