Hong Kong-based property developer Smartwill Asia Limited is set to begin its second project in Abu Dhabi, it was reported.
The company, a subsidiary of Chun Wo Development Holdings Limited, has completed and leased out its first Abu Dhabi project, Reem Diamond Residence. It is looking at starting a new project in Al Reem Island, which will be a 25 storey building, it was reported.
“The strategic vision of Abu Dhabi is in line with the group’s expansion plans. We want to be an acclaimed contractor and developer in Asia with dynamic and sustainable growth,” said Sampson Choy, Development and Commercial Manager of Smartwill Asia Limited, quoted in Gulf News.
“The property market in Abu Dhabi is good. It has potential to grow,” Sampson added.
