Structural framing for the Four Seasons Hotel on the Al Maryah Island in Abu Dhabi is now complete, the developer has announced.

The five-star hotel is being developed by the Abu Dhabi-based Mubadala Development Company and operated by Four Seasons Hotel and Resorts. The upcoming 34-floor hotel will feature 190 guestrooms, 54 serviced apartments, and 1,290 sqm of meeting and conference facilities upon completion.

With structural elements in place, the hotel is on track for opening in the second quarter of 2016, according to a company statement. The next step in the construction process will be the completion of the façade and internal components of the hotel.

“Four Seasons Abu Dhabi is another important component of Al Maryah Island’s already dynamic offering. Located next to the central office buildings and The Galleria, and near to Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, as well as new developments such as Al Maryah Central, the Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi will be ideally situated for its guests to enjoy the best that Al Maryah Island has to offer,” said Ali Eid AlMheiri Executive Director, Mubadala Real Estate & Infrastructure.

“The Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi will set a new standard in hospitality, combining elegant and spacious accommodation with five-star facilities in an architecturally stunning building,” said Simon Casson, Regional Vice President & General Manager of the Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach.
