Damac opens third hotel in Downtown Dubai
Cour Jardin hotel apartments, operated by Damac Maison, will be the developer’s latest offering in the Burj area of Dubai
Damac Properties has announced the opening of the Damac Maison Cour Jardin, the firm’s third serviced hotel apartments in the Burj area of Dubai.
Following close on the heels of the Damac Maison Dubai Mall Street and Canal Views, the Cour Jardin will be operated by Damac’s hospitality arm. The hotel was officially opened last week at an event for business partners from the travel and tourism industry, Damac Properties said in a statement.
“Damac Properties is extending our hospitality offering in terms of quantity and quality for the visitors of Dubai,” said Niall McLoughlin, Senior Vice President, Damac Properties.
“Damac Maison Cour Jardin, as with all Damac Maison projects, will offer various first-class options to clients searching for the best experience in town, be it for leisure or business,” McLoughlin added.
The 19-floor hotel features more than 350 apartments, with one, two and three bedroom suites on offer.
