DHRE partners with ADCB to offer off-plan financing solutions to clients

This collaboration seeks to enhance access to home financing and provide greater certainty throughout the property purchase journey

Dubai Holding Real Estate (DHRE) has formed a strategic partnership with Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB), a financial institution in the UAE.

This collaboration aims to introduce innovative off-plan financing solutions for clients of Dubai Holding Real Estate (Nakheel, Meraas, and Dubai Properties), seeks to enhance access to home financing and provide greater certainty throughout the property purchase journey.

As part of this partnership, eligible buyers at Nakheel’s Palm Jebel Ali, Meraas’ The Acres, and Nad Al Sheba Gardens can now access home financing options. This financing is available to buyers who have made a 50% payment towards the property’s value to the developer, regardless of the construction progress.

This offer provides clients with greater certainty about their future payment obligations and simplifies the transition from purchase to handover.

The partnership aims to make homeownership more accessible by offering a financing experience, supported by ADCB’s home finance proposition.

Buyers will benefit from pre-approval financing valid for up to 18 months, competitive pricing starting at 3.49% per annum for 3-years, waived processing and valuation fees, digital onboarding capabilities, exclusive rewards, and access to ADCB’s dedicated Mortgage Centers providing end-to-end support.

In addition to the exclusive offer at Palm Jebel Ali, The Acres, and Nad Al Sheba Gardens, buyers in other residential communities developed by Nakheel, Meraas, and Dubai Properties can access ADCB’s off-plan financing solutions upon reaching specific construction milestones.

This move is said to further expand the benefits of the partnership across Dubai Holding Real Estate’s portfolio.
