Meraas, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded a contract to International Foundation Group, initiating the groundworks for Atélis at d3. This marks another significant milestone in the ongoing transformation of Dubai Design District (d3) into a hub for creativity, innovation, and contemporary urban living.
The contract encompasses comprehensive site preparation, including excavation, soil improvement, dewatering, and the design and construction of shoring and piling works.
These activities are crucial for preparing the site for subsequent construction phases. This award signifies Meraas’ continued progress in its development pipeline.
Atélis at d3, designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), will introduce a distinctive 45 storey residential landmark. This landmark is characterised by elegant, petal-inspired balconies that draw inspiration from flowers native to the UAE desert.
The development will feature a collection of 1-4 bedroom apartments, complemented by exclusive penthouses. Residents will enjoy panoramic views of Dubai Creek and the city skyline.
Residents will have access to 3 levels of premium lifestyle amenities, including wellness facilities, co-working spaces, and curated communal areas that reflect the creative essence of d3.
