ASGC wins Ishraqah award to proceed with Onyx project
Scope for the project includes the construction of three towers, retail facilities and restaurants

The scope of the project includes the construction of three towers, including a business hotel consisting of 210 rooms, a commercial tower and a mixed-use tower, besides retail facilities and restaurants in the buildings podium, which consists of four floors. On a built-up area of approximately two million square foot, the project is located near the Greens and Emaar Business Park on Sheikh Zayed Road and is in the immediate vicinity of the Emirates Golf Club and across the road from Media City. Ammar Sweis, CEO of Ishraqah for development, said that the award was an important step towards the delivery of the Onyx project, which is their second large project in Dubai after the completion of the Seasons Community in Jumeirah Village. “The Onyx is a special project in a prime location and we are delighted to proceed with the second phase of the project along with ASGC to provide a high quality project that exceeds our investors expectations,” he explained. “We are happy to cooperate with the esteemed Ishraqah in this prestigious project. The Onyx represents our third project win in the past few months. Dubai’s construction sector is growing and ASGC also has growth plans as we expect new awards in the near future in both the buildings and infrastructure sectors,” said Bishoy Azmy, CEO of ASGC.
