The hotel, which had its soft opening at the end of September, said that it expects to achieve a healthy occupancy rate during the Hajj season based on its numerous advance reservations. Strategically situated in the Mahbas Al-Jin area; only 1,800 meters away from the Masjid Al Haram, the Elaf Bakkah is equipped with 24 elevators for guests, 4 entrances and 213 parking slots and a heli-pad. “Given the steady level of demand for high quality hotel rooms in Makkah in the months ahead, especially during Hajj, we are adding hundreds of new rooms to the market through our Elaf Bakkah Hotel,” said Ziyad Bin Mahfouz, CEO of Elaf Group of Companies. The hotel is key element of Elaf Group’s strategy to increase its number of hotel rooms to 5,000, in order to accommodate the increasing flow of tourists to Saudi Arabia.
