Entisar Tower, announced at last year’s edition of the Cityscape Global event, was recently released in the market with the Meydan Group offering 444 serviced apartments in the building.

One of the Group’s largest projects, the tower’s apartments, ranging from one to three bedrooms, cover a total area of 66,300 square metres and account for 37 floors of the 100 plus storey tower.

Overlooking the Arabian Gulf and Downtown Dubai, the mixed-use tower is the only freehold building of its kind on Sheikh Zayed Road.

Promoted as a vertical community, the tower features four floors of retail outlets, serviced apartments, a hotel and freehold residential units including apartments, Sky Villas and Penthouses.

The 112-key hotel will be managed by Meydan Hospitality.

“Entisar Tower will set new heights for community living in Dubai”, said Saeed Al Tayer, chairman of Meydan. “Entisar, which means triumph, is not just another high rise; the underlying vision goes much deeper to create a true vertical community and lifestyle choice.  Each of the facilities has been carefully considered and planned by the Meydan team.”
