Five year old Emirati girl and 35 year old man killed in seperate incidents
A five-year-old Emirati girl has lost her life after getting stuck between a concrete wall and lift at a supermarket in Ras Al Khaimah.
Though rescuers responded quickly to the accident, Col Abdullah Ali Mankhas, head of criminal investigation at the Ras Al Khaimah Police said the girl had already passed following the accident.
Initial investigations revealed the girl had used the lift meant for merchandise-transfer to a storeroom on a higher floor of the supermarket, and was not meant to be available to the public.
