Nakheel releases 500 plots at Al Furjan

These plots, each covering between 4,800 and 13,000 sq ft, fall under Nakheel’s Al Furjan community located between Sheikh Zayed Road and Shiekh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, close to Ibn Battuta Mall.
With prices ranging between $300,000 (AED1.1mn) and $898, 509 (AED3.3mn), the new release is “ideal for serious investors looking to develop new homes in one of Dubai’s most convenient, sought-after locations,” as per a Nakheel spokesperson.
Al Furjan currently includes over 800 homes, and a new community retail and recreation centre is due to open next year. Nakheel had earlier launched 400 new homes for sale at the community, besides confirming contracts worth $1.1mn (AED4mn) to build new roads linking the community with the E77 (Al Yalayis Road).
