2025 Middle East Consultant Awards recognises excellence across 21 categories

The 2025 edition of the annual Middle East Consultant Awards (MEC Awards) took place yesterday evening at the Ritz Carlton, JBR, Dubai and recognised excellence across 21 distinct categories split across ‘Individuals’, ‘Projects’ and ‘Companies’.

For the first time in the event’s history, the Middle East Consultant team also recognised ‘Honourable Achievement’ winners in several categories. In total, 21 trophies were awarded, along with 17 plaques to Honourable Achievement recipients. Over 200 people from the built environment were in attendance, including firms from the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

Judges for the MEC Awards included:

“For the 2025 edition of the Middle East we executed a number of new things based on feedback we’ve received from clients, and a desire to keep the event fresh as the region’s only consultant-focused awards program. Feedback from attendees has been brilliant so far, particularly with honouring a second achievement in certain categories, and our use of two MCs to keep energy off the charts through the evening. We look forward to building on this success in 2026,” said Jason Saundalkar, Head of Content at Middle East Consultant.
